Flower Child: Foral Romper

Processed with VSCO with hb1 presetHappy Monday everyone!  How was your weekend?  Stay till the end to hear about what summer activities I did this past weekend!  Hint: It involves rocks and guns.

Today’s outfit is this white romper with delicate royal blue floral prints.  I don’t normally wear much prints but I was drawn to this romper because the prints look like it was straight out of a watercolor painting.  The shopahollic in me always says that if you instantly fall in love with it, then you must get it!  That is exactly what I did.

Processed with VSCO with hb1 presetNot only did I love the print, I absolutely adore the v neckline and the sleeves.  The cute v neckline gives a little sex appeal but it’s not too low where it shows too much.  The loose sleeves keep it nice and breezy.

For those of you that are curious about what I did over the weekend, this is for you!  On saturday, I went skeet shooting.  I’ve done skeet shooting once before, but I only had 5 bullets.  I actually did okay the first time.  Maybe it was beginners luck, because I got 3 out of 5.  This time around my luck ran out.  For some reason I would close my eyes right before I’m about to shoot. I didn’t even get half!  I am a little disappointed in myself, but this just makes me want to go back and do better.  You can expect that I’ll be going back sometime this summer!

The first time I went hiking was at Bear Mountain.  That was fairly easy because the trail was just a whole bunch of steps.  I hiked up the whole mountain sipping on an ice tea lemonade from Dunkin Donuts and snapping pictures.

This sunday, we decided to go to another trail and went to Breakneck Ridge.  I thought this trail was probably going to be easy peezy like Bear Mountain.  Five minutes into the trail and I was in for a surprise.  This trail was so steep that we had to use both our hands and legs to climb up!  There were no steps.  It was all huge rocks!  Needless to say, I didn’t snap any pictures or videos till we reached a resting point.  By the time we got to the top, our faces, hands, clothes, and shoes were covered in dirt.

On top of that, we ran out of water on the way up.  But, Team NoWater made it back down quick.  I think our only motivation was to get a big slurpee from seven eleven, and the only way to do that was to get down this mountain.

So that was my little weekend adventure!  What did you guys do this past weekend?  Let me know in the comments!  Follow me on instagram and snapchat (sincerelyaimeee) to see pictures/videos from this weekend!
