Hi everyone! I’m just a city girl who loves fashion and fitness. Some of my hobbies are kickboxing, going on food adventures, shooting ranges, going for a drive on a nice sunny day, rock climbing, and pretty much anything that involves me being outdoors.
I was born and raised in New York City but is looking to travel the world! There is so much to see out there and I just want to share my experiences with you guys along the way!
So why did I choose to write a fitness and fashion blog? I know it’s a very different kind of mix right? Usually it’s only fitness/health or beauty/fashion. Why I decided to do fitness and fashion is because I think these two things come hand in hand. When I was younger, I was very shy, self conscious, and just lacked confidence. When I started figuring out which style worked best for me and working out, I felt so much better about myself. And of course when you feel good about yourself, you are naturally more confident. I just think you can’t have one without the other, so I decided to combine it!
