Happy Monday everyone! NYC forecast: Been a little gloomy lately. There has been far more rainy days than sunny days. Patiently waiting for those sunny days so I can come out and play! In the meantime, here is an outfit that matches the current weather.
Today marks Justin and I’s two-year anniversary! Time flies when you are with the right person. Feels just like yesterday when he asked me for my number while I was bartending at work and I said no the first time (and the next couple of times! He came back to visit me once a week for a month before I gave him my number).
Happy Monday! Today’s outfit is a light-weight lace up sweater and ripped boyfriend jeans. It’s super comfortable, easy to throw on, and makes you look effortlessly put together. I bought these boyfriend jeans 2 week ago and I think I’ve already worn them 4 times. I’m obsessed. I just love that they can be paired with a loose sweater, or a skin-tight bodysuit and the outfit would still look amazing!
Treating my Monday as if it was a Sunday. Today was one of those days where I just wanted to dress casual and be comfortable. A sneakers and wash my hair and let it air-dry type of day.
Can you believe that I’ve never been to the Bethesda Fountain? I’ve lived in NYC my whole life but there is still so much of the city that I haven’t seen. One reason is because Central Park is humongous and I always get lost in there. Another reason is because I’ve never really went out to just explore. I usually have a destination I need to get to and I go from point A to point B.
The perfect start to my day is putting on a crisp, clean, white blouse and grabbing a cup of coffee. A white blouse is essential for every wardrobe because you just can’t go wrong with it. It pairs perfectly with every color and there are so many ways to wear it. You can style it with pants, jeans, pencil skirt, flowy skirt, shorts, etc. The list is never-ending!
If I’m not wearing black or some kind of neutral color, chances are, I’m wearing blue. Imagine what I thought to myself when I saw this light blue Hazlmay bag. I knew right away, it was the one.
